**Griff:** How people can create issues outside of EIPs "should hardfork be postponed". James: don't know how to govern that. Max: github issues? James: and add from the admin panel. Need some stages in review before putting to voting.

**Griff:** Should we pull from issues? Bohdan: not every issues follows some template & process.
